Gear Turn In
November 23rd & 24th
Gear turn in is scheduled for the 23rd & 24th of November from 10-2 at the Jr. Seau field shed. All gear that is not turned in on those days will find their check and/or cash deposited the following Monday. We highly recommend you find the time to return your items on one of those two days. Thank you.
San Carlos Pop Warner Registration
For registration you will need to bring:
Copy Of Birth Certificate
Copy of Current Physical
Wallet size photo of player
Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card (there will be a fee)
The forms can be found under the Pop Warner Forms tab.
2 X 2 color photo of yourself
Background check (SCP board member will process background check)
CDL color copy
Tackle or Flag certification (USA football will provide discount code)
Coaches risk management form (last page signed & turned in)
Attend a coaches clinic
Head coach & one other coach (on each coaching staff) need CPR & 1st aid certification
Head coach & one other coach (on each coaching staff) must attend player safety training

Anytime before August 1st you will receive a full refund if you wish to pull away from the organization. From August 1st to the official weigh in day you will receive a partial refund minus $100 due to the uniform and other gear ordered in that time. NO refunds will be issued after the official weigh in day. *If you paid with a credit card you will receive your money back minus the credit card fee.
Anytime before July 27th you will receive a full refund if you wish to pull away from the organization. Refunds requested after July 27th will receive a refund minus $50 for camp wear. NO refunds will be issued after the first football game which is August 24th. *If you paid with a credit card you will receive your money back minus the credit card fee.
The uniform is NON REFUNDABLE. Fittings and payment of the uniforms is on May 19th. If you would like you can sell your three-piece set for NO MORE than $95 dollars or NO MORE than $25 per piece. You do all the work if you want the profit, you come to the fittings and stay there till you sell it. If it is discovered that your uniform is sold for more than those prices you will be removed from the San Carlos Patriots for a whole year and you will not receive a refund.
